She founded her tax firm, Knowles Tax & Accounting, LLC in 2012 and offered full services to individuals and businesses, such as accounting, tax preparation, tax resolution, and various other business services.

Her earlier background in taxation proved to be an invaluable experience. She developed an excellent craft in working with numbers, finances, rates, percentages, complex negotiations, and, above all client satisfaction.
